Julien Royer, French chef and mastermind behind Odette, the Singaporean restaurant that was twice named No.1 in Asia's 50 Best Restaurants will be teaming up with the talent behind the acclaimed LPM Restaurant & Bar.
The menu, curated by Julien Royer will feature some of Odette's classics and signature dishes from 'Claudine', his latest concept. Guests can look forward to delights such as Normandy baron crab, black truffle tart and kampot pepper crusted pigeon.
